Milovan Peulić

Milovan Peulić, was born in 1976 in Prnjavor, Bosnia-Herzegovina. He currently works as a Head of Department for European Integration in the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining of the Republic of Srpska Government. He graduated from the Military Academy in Belgrade, Serbia and holds BSc in Engineering. Also, he holds a Master degree in the field of diplomatic and consular law from Faculty of Law of University of Banja Luka.

He acquired extensive experience from the public administration, mostly in the area of European Integration. He performed different tasks in the area of legal alignment, public policy development, legislative drafting and strategic planning, EU integration coordination mechanisms, coordination of the Stabilization and Association Process, etc.

He has completed executive education at Diplomatic Academy of Vienna for young diplomats and civil servants on European Integration and Cooperation, as well as „Collaborative public leadership and policymaking" program at Queen Mary University in London.

Milovan is member of many working groups, committees and bodies related to process of European integration of BiH in EU. As an attendant of the School of Political Studies of the Council of Europe he took part in the World Forum for Democracy in Strasbourg, as well as at the Regional Academy for Democracy.

He is a certified trainer of Directorate of European Integration of BiH for EU related matters, certified trainer of the Civil Service Agency of the Republic of Srpska and conciliator of the Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labor Disputes of the Republic of Srpska.

He fluently speaks English and French. Milovan is married and has two sons.
