Slavica Stamenic

Slavica Stamenić is a Political analyst at the Embassy of People’s Republic of China in Serbia and President of the Foreign Affairs and Regional Stability Institute-FARSI.
She was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and she is an expert in International Relations and an Economics professional. Slavica holds an MBA
degree in International Economics from Lincoln University, Oakland, USA, and currently she is completing her PhD studies in International Relations at the
Faculty of political sciences, University of Belgrade. Slavica’s interests include foreign policy, international relations, EU integration, economic diplomacy and
her PhD research focuses on the foreign political and trade relations between China and USA.
With more than 5 years of professional experience in public sector, she was engaged in different activities at the Government of Serbia, Ministry of Trade,
Tourism and Telecommunications. Also, she was a member and volunteer at several NGO´s, such as International Aid Network, Red Cross of Serbia and Public
Relations Society of Serbia.
Slavica attended large number of training sessions, courses and seminars in the field of international relations, EU policies, finance and political sciences. In
addition to that, she published many academic articles based on quantitative and qualitative research works.  She was an active participant and panelist at
numerous international and local conferences and panel discussions.
Besides Serbian language, which is her mother tongue, she speaks fluently English and French and learns German and Chinese.
